The floor length black gown had sheer nude short sleeves and back.
Olivia accessorized with a jeweled black belt, Ferragmo clutch and Carrera y Carrera earrings.
Her summer ready light colored hair was styled in sexy and trendy sleek blunt bangs and a tousled wavy ponytail.
She added to the sizzle with thick eyeliner, shimmering golden eyeshadow and pink lipgloss.
Olivia was honored for her activisim and philanthropical work for Artists for Peace and Justice organization at the star studded sold out event.
She was the only actress among the honorees that included Scott Stuber, Richard Weitz and Dianna Thomas.

Jon Favreau is the director of Olivia's upcoming film, Cowboys & Aliens, due in theaters on July 29.
